Ordering
All orders are to be made via the Order Form as provided by Pretty in Pin.
Email orders will not be accepted.
All prices stated are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

Confirmation
Pretty in Pin will send you a confirmation email upon your submission of order(s). The confirmation email will include information regarding the items that you ordered and the finalized total price including the shipment charges. You are to acknowledge and pay the full amount upon receiving the confirmation email.

Payment
At the moment, Pretty in Pin only accepts:

POSB/DBS Internet Banking Funds Transfer (preferred)
POSB/DBS ATM Funds Transfer (ATM receipts to be retained for verification purposes)

All payments must be submitted within 3 days after the confirmation email.

Shipment charges

Local Standard Postage - $1.00 for the first item, $0.50 for next additional item
Local Registered Postage - $2.24 + (Local Standard Postage charges)

Delivery

Delivery will only be processed once we have acknowledge and receive full payment.

All parcels will be delivered by Singpost and Pretty in Pin will not be liable for any missing parcels after parcels have been dispatched. Pretty in Pin recommends that you opt for Local Registered Postage as a more secured method of postage as tracking number will be provided in the event of missing parcels.

Welcome to PRETTY IN PIN! (or PIP for short)
"Pinned handmade pretties!"

Psst, why the name, really? Simple. Because a pin can doll you up pretty.

It was never easy to look pretty with a pin that's usually dull in appearance and does not add color into the way I look. I've always had to search high and low to find a pretty and a affordable piece to match with my clothing but alas, to my great horror it wasn't as easy as I thought.

So I thought, why don't I create it instead since I can't find it?

But, I don't have to ever complain again because I am now spoiled with so many choices to create pins that are both lovely and unique and yet affordable! And yes, I am sharing these pretties with you lovely people out there so that you, my dear friend do not have to go through the same burden as I once did.

All pieces created at PIP are exclusive one-off designs meaning no remakes available to ensure that you will be the only one wearing the handmade piece created by PIP. Yay!
